Tyler W. Hochstetler, Esq., has been an attorney since 2012. As the managing attorney for Hochstetler Law Firm, his passion is to lead a team of highly-skilled legal advocates, and to grow the firm to reach and serve more members of the community.

Before joining Hochstetler Law Firm, Tyler worked in private practice with a firm in Virginia, and then served for three and a half years as in-house counsel at Anabaptist Financial, where he gained valuable legal experience.

Tyler earned a Juris Doctor from Rutgers University, and a degree from Oak Brook College of Law. Tyler's academic emphasis on legal education better equipped him for managing and providing vision for the firm.

He and his wife, Heather, have five children. They are members of Fairview Mennonite Church in Reading, PA, where Tyler enjoys opportunities to lead worship and participate in community outreach.

Daniel T. Beasley, Esq., brings more than fifteen years of legal experience to Hochstetler Law Firm. His areas of focus include education law, securities law, business transactions, litigation defense, intellectual property, and general legal advocacy.

Before joining Hochstetler Law Firm, Dan gained experience in private practice in Wisconsin and then served for seven years as an attorney with the Home School Legal Defense Association (HSLDA), where he advocated for homeschool families and educational freedom across the country.

Dan earned his Juris Doctor from Oak Brook College of Law and a Master of Arts in Applied Biblical Studies from Moody Bible Institute. In addition to practicing law, Dan serves as a pastor at Fellowship Bible Church in West Virginia.

He and his wife, Bethany, have five children. Outside of law and ministry, Dan enjoys basketball, CrossFit, coffee, and exploring the trails, rivers, and parks of the Shenandoah Valley.

Timothy P. Cover, Esq., has been an attorney since 2013. Before joining Hochstetler Law Firm, Timothy assisted clients in a variety of legal matters, including business formation, contracts, and compliance with employment law and other legal requirements. His additional career experience in small-business accounting and management consulting provides a useful perspective for integrating clients’ business and legal needs.

Timothy earned a Juris Doctor degree from Oak Brook College of Law. He and his wife enjoy homeschooling their seven children. They are members of Christ Our Hope Bible Church in Spokane, Washington.

His hobbies include reading good books, alone and with the family, and learning whatever he can about many topics of interest.

Jacob Myhre, Esq., is an attorney focusing primarily on estate planning and nonprofit law, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, advance medical directives, nonprofit formation, bylaws, and 501(c)(3) exemption applications. He has worked with the firm for over 7 years.

Jacob's practice centers on helping families, churches, ministries, schools, and charitable organizations prepare clear, practical legal documents that reflect their goals and values. His estate work includes drafting and revising revocable trusts, and related planning documents, while his nonprofit work includes forming religious and charitable organizations, preparing governing documents, and assisting with IRS exemption filings and compliance matters.

He also handles a variety of business, real estate, and contract matters, including LLC formations and documents, purchase agreements, leases, and other practical legal needs.

Tim is a 2001 graduate of Liberty University where he studied Government, and a 2004 graduate of West Virginia University College of Law.

Tim was a State and Federal Prosecutor for over 15 years and has been first chair in more than 35 jury trials. He has argued before the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals and the United States Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals. Tim also has experience in private practice dealing with personal injury defense cases.

Tim lives in Martinsburg, West Virginia with his wife, Sarah, and their three daughters. He is a Deacon at Fellowship Bible Church in Shenandoah Junction, West Virginia, where he has also served as a Sunday School teacher. In his spare time he enjoys hunting, camping, and going fishing in the Chesapeake Bay.

Jordana R. Ward, Esq. was admitted to practice law in 2009. She enjoys analyzing complex legal issues, identifying practical solutions, and helping clients understand the legal and business implications of their decisions.

After earning her Juris Doctor from Oak Brook College of Law, Jordana worked in the real estate industry, where she gained practical experience with contracts, negotiations, and real property transactions. That experience continues to shape her approach to client matters by combining careful legal analysis with an appreciation for practical business objectives.

Jordana has worked on matters involving commercial agreements, corporate governance, nonprofit organizations, licensing arrangements, real estate, and regulatory compliance. She is committed to providing thoughtful, detail-oriented legal analysis and practical guidance tailored to each client’s needs.

Jordana first passed the bar exam in California in 2009. Jordana now resides in Charlotte, NC, where she is admitted to practice law in North Carolina. She enjoys working on federal matters for the firm, and leading complex legal research and writing projects.

Elliot J. Mast serves as a Paralegal and Office Manager at Hochstetler Law Firm, P.C., where he assists with legal matters while overseeing the firm's day-to-day administrative operations. Elliot works closely with attorneys and clients to help ensure that matters are handled efficiently, accurately, and professionally.

Elliot's responsibilities include legal research, document preparation, client communication, case organization, and other paralegal and administrative support. He takes a detail-oriented and client-focused approach to the work, recognizing the importance of making clients feel heard and well cared for throughout the legal process.

Elliot lives in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania and regularly attends Life Mennonite Church. In his free time, he enjoys exploring the Susquehanna Valley trails and overlooks, rock climbing, and spending time with his friends.

Tasha Barker studied at Oak Brook College of Law, and is a NALA Certified Paralegal. Tasha's paralegal career started within the nonprofit sector, helping survivors of domestic violence and human trafficking to achieve safety and immigration status.

For several years, she also supported attorneys at the Pacific Justice Institute with civil litigation and religious liberty defense in courts across the nation.
